DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE RIVER CAM, JUNE 2021

On Midsummer Eve 2021 citizens of Cambridge came together to declare the rights of the River Cam to pledge to rescue it from over-abstraction, pollution and encroachment of a massive programme of development of buildings and infrastructure which threatens to take its last drops of water and end its natural flow. This is a film of the event, its serious intent and the celebration of poetry, drama, music and art that made it such a memorable occasion.
